- Married Margaret Augusta Church ( - 1904), the only daughter of Professor

- Their only child was Albert Church Blunt (#2893). He was born May 21, 1859 at West
Point and graduated from USMA in 1881. He is buried at West Point. I examined
his Cullum file, # 2893, and found nothing of interest. Albert

Tactics at USMA from July 5 to August 28, 1881. He served in the Army for 30
years and returned to active duty for more than two years in WWI. He was then
advanced to the grade of colonel. He died at Summit, NJ, April 17, 1925. His
wife Edith Eccleston Blunt and the following children survived him:
- Albert Church Blunt, Jr.
- Stanhope Eccleston Blunt
